SHACMAN recently organized a dedicated service training program for all service personnel and the inaugural Service Skills Competition in Malaysia, with more than 40 service staff from channel partners across the region taking part.

The training covered the 5000 and 6000 series models and focused on core technologies including electrical systems and engines, combining classroom instruction with hands-on equipment practice.

Following the training, the region’s first Service Skills Competition was held. The tasks were based on real after-sales service scenarios and covered practical skills such as electrical fault diagnosis and engine disassembly, assessing participants’ hands-on repair capability.

Based on the combined results of the theory assessment and the practical competition, outstanding service technicians were selected and presented with certificates of completion and prizes. By promoting learning through training and skills through competition, the event further strengthened regional service capability and supported the development of SHACMAN’s service system in the Malaysian market.
